The Vermont Attorney General has authority over all campaign finance disciplinary manners. In the event someone feels a person or a committee violated Vermont campaign finance law, the first step is to file with the Vermont Attorney General. It is up to the Attorney General to investigate and prosecute all campaign finance complaints.
